An Accra High Court has directed the prosecution team in the ongoing criminal trial of the former head of the National Signals Bureau (NSB), Kwabena Adu-Boahene, to file all witness statements by May 26, 2025.
The order was given by His Lordship, Justice John Eugene Nyadu Nyante, and directed at the Attorney General.
The trial judge, who raised concerns about personal liberties of the accused persons, particularly Mr Adu-Boahene, encouraged the Deputy Attorney General to try as much as possible to expedite the trial.
Mr Adu-Boahene and his wife are currently on bail.
